Hello. I canceled the subscription and the whole plan. Why wasn't the bank card removed? When I try to remove it, it refuses and says I still have a plan. I’m not forced to do it this way. I don’t want to use the trial. The site is great and the service is excellent, but I don't want to continue. I ask you to remove the bank card so no future charges are made, or I will have to file a legal complaint for non-consent, and a message of refusal was sent.
